CMS introduces Flavorseal® FlexOrder Pouches, a complete custom pouch program developed to increase brand value.

August 30, 2006—CMS (Carroll Manufacturing and Sales) has introduced FlexOrder™, a new custom pouch program. The FlexOrder™ program offers customers direct access to a dedicated R&D team that will work with the customers’ product development and marketing teams to create tomorrow’s packaging today.

FlexOrder is designed to make it easy to create brand differentiation and end-user convenience features for customers’ finished products. In addition to lending CMS’ valuable expertise, the program moves the packaging project smoothly from original concept to final testing. CMS can help with graphics and can increase value by adding zippers, notches, or hanger holes.

CMS can custom tailor their pouches to fit every need, including stand-up gusseted pouches as well as metalized (gold, bronze, red, purple, etc.), boilable, heavy puncture-resistant, printed, or colored pouches. We offer competitive solutions for moisture- and oxygen-sensitive products that require barrier packaging as well as product visibility. We also offer coated and/or printed film pouch combinations when product visibility is not required. Other customization and branding tools include tear notch, punch hole, a wide variety of thicknesses, multi-pocket, certified film with superior moisture and gas barrier, and printed pouches with “Safe Handling” labels.
