Flavorseal® Barrier I Cooking Bags are designed for use
in conjunction with cook-chill systems and cook-freeze applications.

bags preserve the freshness of cooked sauces, soups, stews and
more—for weeks. Barrier I Cooking Bags are available in

Flavorseal® Barrier II Cooking
Bags offer superior shrinkability, which allows long, slow
cooking of meat products in a cook tank or in low-temperature,
high-humidity ovens. Foods reach pasteurization temperature
without overheating or overcooking. In addition, the sturdy
bags meet the rigors of loading and handling during cooking,
cooling and frozen distribution.
